Week 2 Reading Overview

I  have chose the story Tiny Tales from the Ramanaya. I felt that these would be the most though out stories because our professor is the one writing this story. If she was willing to put in the time to write this then you know this will be the best version of the story.

This one looked interesting to me because growing up one of my favorite novels was the BFG (Big Friendly Giant) because I always think Giants are such interesting characters.

Who doesn't love a good dynasty story of a rise and fall. The roman empires always interested me so this story looks interesting.

I took a class in high school over Greek Mythology so seeing the comparisons between the two will help me understand better.

Week 2 Story

Next to them was a beautiful lake with a very cunning crane. The crane loves to eat fish and saw an opportunity to take advantage of the fish struggling in their pond. The Crane flew over to the fish and enticed the fish by telling them about this beautiful lake next to them with a plentiful amount of water. Soon, all the fish in the lake were gathered around the Crane while he went on and on about the lake he lives in with lots of water.
